Password Rules

• Users are responsible for their own passwords.
• Passwords must not be written down or stored in a readable or accessible form where it can be easily exposed or discovered by unauthorised individuals
• Regardless of the circumstances, university passwords must never be shared with or revealed to anyone.
• Users must not use usernames other than their own.
• Passwords must not be transmitted in a readable form.
